MEET & GREETS
After applications are reviewed by the HG Festival's Board, accepted artists will be invited to HG Meet & Greets at local venues or via Zoom.

The Meet & Greets are designed for neighborhood artists of all disciplines to connect & network, and begin discussing potential collaborations.
​
Artists who already know their collaborating partner(s) must attend at least (1) Meet & Greet.
FINAL PROPOSALS
Final HG Premieres Proposals are due in May (date to be confirmed).
Each collaboration must have at least 2 lead artists of differing disciplines.
​
The project must be a stage performance based.
​
The project must be respectful of the venue & family friendly audience.
​
The formal announcement of accepted HG Premieres projects will be made End of May 2023.
HG PREMIERES
Each HG Premieres collaboration must have at least 2 Lead Artists of differing disciplines, and it must be a stage-based production.
​
Chosen HG Premieres will each receive HG Festival provided local workspace (if allowed under health guidelines), a $500 project stipend, non profit benefits, and artistic advisory (if requested).
​
Lead Artists will have full responsibility of scheduling, maintaining project progression, disbursement of stipend and producing a polished final product.
​
If a collaboration is in need of addtional artists, aka actors, dancers, musicians, then Lead Artists will have access to our database of applicants who applied as "Participating Artists".
​
HG Festival Directors will conduct check-ins of the project's progress during the months of July and August.
​
HG Premieres must be presented early September 2023.
